BREAKE®
DESCRIPTION
Breake® additives are alkaline earth metal peroxides used as a delayed breaker for water-based fracturing fluids containing guar or hydroxypropyl guar polymers. The Breake products (Ultra Breake-M®, Ultra Breake-MG, Breake RC, Breake C, Breake CG, Breake C-L, Breake RC-L), are activated as the fluid temperature increases, solubilizing the peroxide, and generating oxygen and secondary radicals thereby providing an effective method for polymer de-polymerization. Breake packaging is in 50 lb or 25 Kg fiber containers.
