We offer custom blending for both dry and liquid products. We have the ability to grind equipment and can modify the grind specifications to meet many different characteristics. Our liquid capabilities of up to 2500 gallons per batch and can utilize fiberglass, stainless steel, and carbon steel blending tanks to meet the needs of their clients. 

Many products can be packaged a number of ways including in tote tanks, five-gallon containers, and 55-gallon drums, to name just a few. We can also dry blend and package up to 8,000 lbs per batch with special stainless steel and carbon steel blenders. Products can be packaged into bags, fiber drums, and totes up to a metric ton as well.

The research & Development Services Group in the Laboratory Services division is based out of Houston, Texas. We are ISO 9001:2015 certified and their patented technologies have been used in many different applications such as the drill-in, fracturing sectors, and completion and workover sectors. 

The lab delivers many Laboratory Services that provides quality control, product development, and technical support for its customers. Their Laboratory Services allow them to deliver custom design projects and lab-scale grinding capabilities. We are also able to deliver Laboratory Services, including filtration at high temperatures, permeability Plugging Apparatus filtrates, and Dynamic Filtration. 

Our Laboratory Services deliver Low-Pressure Filtrate and various viscosities. We provide standard testing for drilling fluids and have a Laser Particle Analyser. We also offer a Pour Point Analysis, Flash Point, Cloud point Analysis. Shae Stability Evaluation, Lubricity Tester, Emulsion Stability Tester, Corrosion Coupon Testing, and Moisture Content, alongside the Inorganic Titrations and Analine Point Determination.
