DESCRIPTION
Formavis Ultra is a high molecular weight polymer which, when combined with a specially processed starch derivative, Formatrol®, yields improved static suspension and provides a highly shear-thinning viscosity under dynamic conditions. The thermal stability of Formavis Ultra is 360°F with the addition of Thermasal®-A, Thermasal-B, and Formate Stabilizer. Formavis Ultra is packaged in 50 lb or 25 kg sacks.
BASE FLUIDS
Formavis Ultra may be used in potassium or cesium formate brines.
